The personal data collected will be processed by Quantinfor in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) in force for the purposes of providing IT consultancy services, including for the management of Quantinfor's systems and services, auditing and their continuous improvement. In this context, your data may be transmitted to subcontractors for the provision of services, under the terms of contracts entered into with them, and may also be communicated to third parties for the purposes provided for herein and for the purpose of complying with legal obligations of Quantinfor, a decision of the National Data Protection Commission or other relevant supervisory authority, a court order, to protect the vital interests of clients or for the purposes of certification, evaluation and measurement of Quantinfor's service levels.
In the event that the contact is under 16 years of age or legally incapacitated, it shall be the responsibility of the holder of parental responsibility or guardianship to attach to the administrative file of the minor or incapacitated person a legally admissible document proving such status. Once this proof has been provided, the said holder of parental responsibility or guardianship shall sign this document and give consent for the processing of the data of the minor or incapacitated person, where applicable.
