A Talkgreen, is a company operating in the business communications market as a VAD (Value Added Distributor) of voice and data communication solutions. The company has an office in Lisbon and another in Porto. It was founded in December 2014 and has been a Quantinfor client since then.
The company needed to focus on its business on a daily basis without having to worry about its IT infrastructure—specifically the recurring need to back up data from its two branches, perform hardware and software maintenance, or simply worry about licensing periods.
In this regard, in 2015 Quantinfor's Engineering Department installed a Talkgreen virtual server in Quantinfor's Data Centre, a process that took 3 days.
Currently, Talkgreen relies on the quality of Quantinfor's service, and whenever any intervention is required, our technical support carries out the necessary maintenance.
